Cancellation Policy
A three-day notice is required to cancel or change a reservation for a full refund. With less than a three-day notice, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
There will be a 2 night minimum stay with a 2 week cancellation policy on all reservations that are booked on these dates:
Dec 20th thru Jan 1st,3 day holiday weekends (Monday reserved as a holiday), July 4th and Winter Carnival weekends.
Payment is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival date and your card will be charged the full amount of you stays. There will be no refunds and no changes made to the reservation. Early check-outs may be charged.
Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to 11% tax. Additional occupancy rate is $10.00. Reservations are confirmed with a credit card or first night's deposit. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club or personal checks honored. Smoking is limited to the sun deck and gardens.
